PHL Group has appointed Gustav Fichardt as Chief Financial Officer.
Fichardt was previously the co-founder and CFO of Riverdale Healthcare, a provider of NHS dental services in the UK, helping build the business to 59 practices employing over 1000 staff. Prior to this appointment Fichardt had 10 years finance and commercial experience in growing healthcare businesses.
