The Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) encourages employers to support defence and inspire others to do the same. It comprises bronze, silver and gold awards for organisations that pledge, demonstrate or advocate support to defence and the armed forces community. The Silver Award signifies that PHL Group not only pledges to support the armed forces but also actively promotes an armed forces-friendly culture within our Group.
